Taken after treatment 3 of 12.
One of the photos taken at the photo shoot after I shaved my head. I was amazed at how much hair I still had even though I'd been losing gobs and gobs of it. Also, my eyebrows and lashes were still in full force.

I picked this one to show because it is easy to see by one month later how much thinner my hair had gotten.

Took this on the beach November 1. Quite thin ... the hair is I mean. My eyebrows and lashes had started thinning by this point.

Oh boy. This is the baldest I got. I still had a few hairs hanging around but it was quite thin and patchy by this time. Also all of my long eyelashes were gone and my eyebrows are pretty much drawn in in this pic

I have no idea why but here is where my hair began to come back. This was only a couple of weeks after the Baldy McBald one and I was still taking chemo but it is clear, my hair is GROWING! Brows and eyelashes contined to thin out.

Again, just a couple of weeks later my hair continues to grow. This was taken in the hospital which is why I look so wrung out. I think you can see how thin my eyebrows and lashes are in this photo.
In between treatments 11 and 12.
Maybe just a week later but the growth is noticable! At least it is to me. It was about this time I noticed my eyebrows were starting to grow too!
Chemo just ended.
And now it is growing like gang busters! You can see in this picture I'm still a little thin in some places but it is getting long!
2 months after the end of chemo.
Same day as previous picture but I felt compelled to take a shot of the top of my hair so you can really see just how long it has gotten
4 1/2 months post chemo.
Here is one of the first times I've actually styled my hair in something other than the old comb it over to the side style. The flash makes it look either quite greasy or quite stiff - it is actually neither. But it is rockin!
Same day as previous - taken without the flash. Also, I'm not nearly as drunk as I look in this picture.
5 1/2 Months after the end of chemo.
Big changes keep happening. Hair is much MUCH curlier - every day is a new adventure with this new hair. it is growing unevenly - some places it is only an inch or so long and others it is up to 3 or 4.
9 months after end of chemo ...
It's hard for me to believe I was bald just a few months ago. My hair is still curly but I take a flat iron to it when I have time. It's so long, it is almost unruly!
