2 days 'til the Twin Cities 3-Day, I can't, can't, can't wait!!! But I will, and oh how I will savor every person cheering, every story told that makes me cry and every inspiring thing you say to us that makes us cheer and cry and walk... and walk some more! I can imagine that being the "spokeschick" for this event is so tiring on you and so hard on your husband and The Kid, but thank you so much for doing a great job. I can't wait to meet you again on the 3-Day! Oh, and if you gotta be compared to someone, what's better than a Warrior Princess!? Hell yeah!

Pamela

Your letter to the pastor was phenomenal. Did he respond? It sounds so much like a current day prayer much like our faithful JOB of the Bible. I'm glad that God heard your prayers and your shared with us!

So, would you say to do or do not appreciate phone calls at 4:30 a.m. to tell you about those 5 a.m. live shots from camp?

Just crewed the Seattle 3 day on the sports medicine crew. You are an excellent speaker and an inspiration. You made me cry- when I accidentally found your blog before the event and read as much as I could and during- while I was listening to you during the event.
I love the long hours taping feet, ankles, and knees, treating blisters, rubbing out cramps, giving hugs, and cheering on the walkers!
Thanks and blessings to you and your family for letting you do what you do!

Jenne – You sat with my brother Ric and I on Saturday in the Seattle 3 Day. You are truly an awesome speaker. I wanted to hate you for making me cry as often as you did, but found myself in awe at you and what you do for the 3 Day. The sacrifice you give to have the greatest job in the world. To travel to all these cities and inspire so many people.

I wrote about my 3 Day experience in Seattle. First time walker, and I have to say, I’ve never experienced anything like the 3 Day experience. It. Was. Awesome. Hope to see you next year in Seattle. I’ll be crewing.

Wendy

Not a lame post at all.

And it seems you are a warrior princess to a lot of people.

HELLO! I just completed the Michigan 3 Day (my first) and I have to tell you that my best friend and I thought you were truly amazing! Such an inspiration (and, as it says in your "bio" somewhere on this site, you ARE a pretty great dancer!). I could not have asked for a more perfect experience - despite losing 2 toenails, and the agony of blisters galore, the weekend was phenomenal! And, the Camp Shows were fantastic thanks to the host! :)
I truly have a different outlook after this weekend. I met the most amazing people. I cried and marveled at the courage and strength of all the survivors I met. I grew up in Plymouth and was absolutely OVERWHELMED at the outpouring of support from my hometown.

Thank you for doing what you're doing and for fighting. For surviving. And for refusing to lay still. Your efforts make a bigger difference than you could possibly know. Truly.

P.S. You might remember being "sandwich danced" on Night 2 in Michigan ... they were my teammates, and if you're interested, I have pics ....
