You have to wonder about some folks' business tactics, don't you? What are they THINKING?

I'm addicted to Walgreens photo lab, but there's one located between my home and my workplace. Upload them (usually from work) tell them I'll be in just after 4, and voila!

I just had the exact opposite experience with a purchase. I called to ask about repairing something I purchased a month ago and they said it should not have broken, they'll send a new one. Could I return the broken one at my leisure?

That's customer service.

The funny thing (not funny ha ha) is that Kodak Easy Share for $5.32 just started an entire conversation about how cheap they are. Worth it? How much do you think they spend per capita for customer acquisition?

Jeff Risley

I say fuck Kodak...don't they know you have cancer. :)

Seriously, it's commical. You should continue the conversation via email...just push it up the ladder. See if you can't get a manager to email you back. I mean, this could be super funny.

Huh. I've used Kodak a number of times and never had any problems (other than the one time it took 'em nine days to get my order to my door). For "regular" prints (8x10 and under) I've been going to the local grocery store. They have two kiosks there. Generally I can toss a disk full of pictures at them, go buy my bread and beer and they're done by the time I get to the counter. The only problem is that the guy keeps winking at me. My wife thinks its funny.

I'm trying to find relatively cheap 20x30 frames. Anyone have any ideas and/or sources? I'm loathe to go to Wal-Mart, but I will if forced to. I have a few photos I wanna blow up like real huge.
